Drawing clear inspiration from Scandinavian Modern sensibilities, this dual-function telephone or entry bench seamlessly integrates seating and side storage into a singular, fluid silhouette. Executed in highly figured Sapele, the piece exhibits the wood’s signature ribbons of rich mahogany and coppery undertones. Hand-cut exposed dovetail joinery offers a striking graphic contrast along the case, balanced by delicate thumbnail edge profiles and subtly splayed tapered legs. An ideal statement piece for a grand entryway or master bedroom suite.
